Can I gift CeeLanes products to someone? Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, CeeLanes products make wonderful gifts! You can ship directly to your recipient and add a personalized note at checkout.

Where do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping—but we’re working on it!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on the way.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact us at info@ceelanes.com to initiate a return.

Please note: digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please email us at info@ceelanes.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies.

Do you provide tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
